Tripartite by Westknits

This versatile garment is worked sideways in two halves seamed together at the back. A final short row section forms a small collar. The entire fabric is knit in garter stitch, but short rows at the side add shaping and extra drape. The resulting shape can be worn upside down, as a scarf or poncho, or even wrapped around the waist for a transparent layer with pants. Choose a lace weight yarn for a light airy fabric or substitute fingering weight yarn with the same needle size for a more solid structured garment.
