We reserve the right to update or modify these FAQ'S, at any time, without notice.
We try our best but on occasion there may be information that has typographical errors that relate to a product description, pricing, promotion, and or availability. We have the right to correct any of these errors including after you have submitted your order. We apologize in advance for these hard to find bloopers!
We make every effort to display yarn colors as accurately as possible. Because yarn is dyed in lots and computer monitors render color differently, variations may occur. Our exchange policy is in place to deal with any inaccuracies. Please see Returns & Exchanges for details.
Please know we will always contact you if the total number of skeins you are purchasing exceed the dye lot on hand. We will never ship odd dye lots before contacting you first.
Also please note hand dyed yarn, which is very popular today, is only dyed in small if not very small batches so if you are in need of multiple skeins it is highly recommended you knit with two different balls of yarn simultaneously. You are always welcome to make a purchase on-line and pick it up at the store. Just give a call to indicate such and or write us a note as you complete your checkout. We are located at 304 Oak Street Lady Lake, FL. The phone is (352)775-9974.
We are always happy to wind purchased yarn for FREE! But please know once it is wound you may NOT exchange or return it! Leave a note if you want your yarn wound or give us a call to make sure it was not overlooked.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We also may on occasion find the need to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
As well as being online we do have a brick and mortar store. There may be times we do not have the inventory to fulfill your order. If this should happen we will contact you immediately to let you know your order has been back-ordered. Your credit card will not be charged until the order is ready to ship.
