Scramble by Erika Knight



Scramble 
Kid’s jacket knitted in basic garter stitch using two yarns of different colours held together to create a scramble effect. Simple to make with two little patch pockets and five buttons and a contrast colour cast off tip on the collar.

materials 
yarn: erika knight gossypium cotton 100% cotton approx. 100m/109yds – 50g/13⁄4oz ball 
quantity: 
A 5(6:6:7) balls (colour shown in photo: mouse) 
B 5(6:6:7) balls (colour shown in photo: milk) 
C 1(1:1:1) ball (colour shown in photo: bobcat) 
4.5mm/US 7 and 5mm/US 8 needles 
stitch holders 
stitch markers 
5 x 20mm/3⁄4in buttons 
large eyed blunt tipped sewing needle
